Job Title: Examinations Delivery Manager

The Royal Conservatory is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Examinations Delivery Manager to lead the planning and execution of examinations for our programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of examinations, from logistics planning to day-to-day supervision.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish annual session dates for examinations in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Manage the design of examination centre routes to ensure efficient operation
  • Oversee examiner logistics, including travel and accommodations
  • Ensure emergency assistance to examiners and centre representatives
  • Supervise material provision for examinations
  • Identify operational risks and implement process improvements
  • Oversee the receipt and processing of examination materials
  • Supervise the verification process for medals and convocation
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive administrative and logistics experience
  • Post-secondary diploma/degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Past supervisory experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to meet conflicting deadlines

Salary Range:

$65,000 - $70,000 per annum
