Job Title: Manager, Examinations Delivery

The Royal Conservatory is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Manager, Examinations Delivery to lead the planning and execution of examinations across Canada, the U.S., and other international centers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish annual session dates for practical and theory examinations in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Manage the design of examination centre routes to ensure efficient operation and compliance with pedagogical and logistical standards.
  • Oversee examiner logistics, including travel and accommodations, and ensure emergency assistance is available during exam sessions.
  • Supervise material provision for both practical and theory exams, and identify operational risks to implement process improvements.
  • Oversee the receipt and processing of examination materials, including timely release of marks and issuance of certificates.
  • Supervise the verification process for medals and convocation.
  • Coordinate resolutions to service quality enquiries with candidate services personnel.
  • Monitor day-to-day remote exams activity and provide timely assistance to examiners.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive administrative and logistics experience.
  • Post-secondary diploma/degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Past supervisory experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to meet conflicting deadlines.
  • Knowledge of travel trends and MS Office Suite.
