Job Title: Manager, Examinations Delivery

The Royal Conservatory is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Manager, Examinations Delivery to lead the planning and execution of examinations across Canada, the US, and international centers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish annual session dates for practical and theory examinations in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Manage examination centre logistics, including examiner travel and accommodations
  • Oversee the assignment of examiners and centre representatives
  • Ensure timely release of marks and issuance of certificates
  • Supervise the verification process for medals and convocation
  • Coordinate resolutions to service quality enquiries
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive administrative and logistics experience
  • Post-secondary diploma/degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Past supervisory experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to meet conflicting deadlines
