Job Title: Examinations Delivery Manager

The Royal Conservatory is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Examinations Delivery Manager to lead the planning and execution of examinations. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of examination centres, managing logistics, and supervising staff.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish and manage examination schedules, routes, and logistics
  • Oversee the assignment and supervision of examiners
  • Coordinate the provision of materials and equipment to examination centres
  • Manage emergency situations and troubleshoot issues during examinations
  • Supervise the processing of examination results and issuance of certificates
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive administrative and logistics experience
  • Post-secondary diploma/degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Past supervisory experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to meet conflicting deadlines
