Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per annum
About the Ideal Candidate:- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Evaluate and manage the operations of a department, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to meet business objectives.
- Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services.
- Hire, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
- Manage budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
- Collect and analyze financial and investment information about companies, stocks, bonds, and other investments to inform business decisions.
