Bilingual Casualty Claims Adjuster

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Casualty Claims Adjuster to join our team at Crawford & Company. This role involves evaluating casualty claims through thorough loss investigation and negotiating settlements in accordance with provincial licensing requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Evaluate casualty claims through loss investigation and negotiate settlements in accordance with provincial licensing requirements.
- Maintain adequate production levels and customer relationships.
**Requirements**
- Minimum 5 years of technical experience in handling complex casualty claims.
- Post-Secondary education in an insurance-related field is considered an asset.
- Independent Adjusting License is required - personal and commercial AMF License.
- Experience in road adjusting, including investigation and detailed reporting of multi-line claims.
- Strong computer and reporting skills, including Office 365.
- A team player with outstanding customer service skills.
