Job Summary
Xpera is seeking a skilled Claims Adjuster Expert to join our team. As a Claims Adjuster Expert, you will be responsible for processing out-of-province automobile claims, handling transportation and cargo claims, and negotiating claims settlements on behalf of insurance companies or for insureds.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and verify facts from insureds and witnesses through questioning and investigation.
- Determine the cause and responsibility of losses, and communicate well-founded recommendations to clients.
- Negotiate fair and satisfactory settlements with all parties involved.
- Participate in business development by meeting with current clients and performing assigned duties in accordance with established work standards, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
- Valid AMF Claims Adjuster License - Class 5A
- At least 2 years of experience in claims settlement
- Valid driver's license
- Bilingualism an asset
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in auto claims
- Good interpersonal communication skills
