About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at EDJ Property Management Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our team members, including scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing reports.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee files, inventory, and budget reports.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of our office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and coordinating with vendors.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
  • Perform data entry, bookkeeping, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
