Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Smart Kitchen Tech Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and ensuring that all office operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and report preparation.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records and coordinate office services.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

  • Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
