Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at Smart Kitchen Tech Inc. This is a permanent position that offers a competitive salary of $50,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

The Administrative Services Coordinator will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and delegating tasks to office support staff. They will also establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and meet deadlines.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff as needed
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including maintaining records and preparing reports
  • Administer policies and procedures related to access to information and privacy legislation
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Train staff on new procedures and policies
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • Resolve conflict situations and monitor and evaluate performance
  • Oversee payroll administration and plan and control budget and expenditures

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative services or a related field
  • Quick Books, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and time management skills
  • Reliability, integrity, and ability to multitask
  • Team player with excellent written and oral communication skills
