Sales and Marketing Representative

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team at Sirius Personnel. As a Sales and Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for managing a territory of existing accounts and growing that base of customers through various sales methods.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Systematically call into base of customers assigned to identify their needs and propose solutions
* Learn the needs of each client and provide excellent customer service
* Follow up on sales quotations and presentations to ensure customer satisfaction
* Track client usage and inquire about future projects
* Call on underperforming accounts to improve sales performance
* Follow up on warm leads to convert them into sales
* Cold call for net new clients to expand the customer base

**Requirements:**

* At least 3 years' experience in b2b sales
* Post-secondary education
* Full on the job training provided
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**What We Offer:**

* Competitive salary range of $65,000-$75,000
* Uncapped commissions and profit sharing

**Job Functions:**
