We are seeking a driven sales representative to join our team at Sirius Personnel Inc. in Quebec. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for driving new business and meeting with clients on construction sites to propose our products and services.

Your role will involve working from home, with local travel to Montreal and surrounding areas. You will be required to identify prospects, visit construction sites, engage with owners and project managers, and present and demo our products.

We offer a competitive salary of $50,000-$70,000, plus commissions and bonuses. You will also receive a car allowance, mileage reimbursement, and all reasonable expenses paid.

As a sales representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying prospects for our products
  • Visiting construction sites
  • Engaging with owners and project managers
  • Researching clients
  • Presenting and demoing our products
  • Inputting prospect and client information into our CRM
  • Preparing quotes
  • Closing business and ensuring timely delivery
  • Tracking deliveries

Requirements:

  • Development vs Maintenance: 80% vs 20%
  • Road vs Office: 80% vs 20%
  • Languages: French and English (written and spoken)
  • Education: College degree or equivalent experience
  • Training: Full product training provided
  • Overnight Travel: Less than 15% overnight travel required
  • Years of experience: 3+ years of relevant experience required
