Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at ECW Holdings Ltd. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dining establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our staff are well-trained and motivated.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate Daily Operations: Conduct regular assessments of our restaurant's performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor Staff Performance: Supervise and train our staff to ensure that they are meeting our high standards of service and quality.
- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement effective plans to manage our restaurant's daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Set Staff Work Schedules: Create and manage staff schedules to ensure that our restaurant is adequately staffed at all times.
- Supervise Staff: Provide guidance and support to our staff, ensuring that they are well-trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Train Staff: Develop and implement training programs to ensure that our staff have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles.
- Conduct Performance Reviews: Regularly review the performance of our staff, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their skills and performance.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Manage our restaurant's inventory, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies and equipment to operate efficiently.
- Ensure Health and Safety Regulations are Followed: Ensure that our restaurant complies with all relevant health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our staff and customers.
- Leading/Instructing Individuals: Provide leadership and guidance to our staff, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Address Customers' Complaints or Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues and ensuring that our customers are satisfied.
- Provide Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and exceeding their expectations.
- Manage Events: Plan and execute events and promotions, ensuring that they are successful and well-received by our customers.
- Manage Kitchen Operations: Oversee the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
- Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Manage our staff, assigning duties and responsibilities to ensure that our restaurant operates efficiently and effectively.
- Free Parking Available: Our restaurant offers free parking for our staff and customers.
- Work Term: This is a permanent position, offering stability and security for the right candidate.
- Work Language: English is the primary language spoken in our restaurant, and we are looking for someone who is fluent in English.
- Hours: Our restaurant operates on a 30-35 hour per week schedule, offering a good work-life balance for our staff.
