Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Jungle Jim's Eatery. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure that they are providing excellent customer service and meeting the high standards of our restaurant.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing and promotion strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that the restaurant is in compliance with all health and safety regulations and that staff are trained to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Language: Fluency in English required.
