Key Responsibilities:- Menu Planning and Pricing: Work with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and pricing strategies that align with our restaurant's brand and budget.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of all food, beverages, and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
- Staff Management: Lead and motivate our team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service and that any issues or complaints are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage the restaurant's budget, including forecasting revenue and expenses, and ensuring that we meet our financial targets.
- Marketing and Promotion: Work with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that our restaurant meets all health and safety regulations and that our staff are trained to maintain a clean and safe environment for customers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment that requires strong organizational and communication skills. You will be working in a team environment and will be required to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
