Job Overview

Mavenir is seeking a highly skilled Canadian RAN Solutions Technical Advisor to provide technical pre/post-sales support for RAN solutions in Canada.

Responsibilities
  • Assist sales team in all phases of the selling process, from bid support to implementation and maintenance.
  • Interact with internal and external customers to understand their needs and develop customized product and service solutions.
  • Work closely with Account managers to identify and qualify customer opportunities and define requirements.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to reflect customer requirements in feature sets and roadmaps.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of Mavenir's Open RAN vision and strategy.
  • Lead and manage technical input to customer RFXs, including tender submissions and preparation of technical sales materials.
  • Maintain open communication with customers to assist with future needs and prepare content to support the technical strength of Mavenir solutions.
Requirements
  • Excellent understanding of LTE/5G RAN solutions, including O-RAN, radio technology, and RAN software features.
  • Good understanding of RAN development, particularly in carrier-grade container environments.
  • Strong knowledge of the Canadian Radio market and its trends.
  • Highly proficient listener and consultative sales style with excellent communication skills at senior levels.
  • Acute attention to detail and organization, with an upbeat and positive attitude.
  • Significant experience in the cellular wireless industry, preferably in RAN solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
