Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Specialist to join our team at Toyo Tire Canada Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide detailed reporting on competitors' new products and market trends in the tire industry.
  • Analyze product quality and damage conditions to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and provide training for dealers and internal teams to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Assist with Quality Assurance Program (QAP) and claim system operation.
  • Offer accurate information on correct fitment and applications of Toyo products.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A strong understanding of the tire industry and its trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Physical ability to lift 75lbs safely and properly.
Preferred Qualifications

A background or understanding of the tire market is an asset. Experience with tire mounting and balancing equipment would also be beneficial.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
