Job Title: Long Haul Truck Driver

Join MK Transport Ltd as a Long Haul Truck Driver and embark on a rewarding career that combines adventure, independence, and a sense of community. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials across the country, working closely with our dispatch team to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
  • Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment
  • Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle
  • Load and unload goods
  • Drive as part of a two-person team or convoy
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
Requirements:
  • Air Brakes Endorsement
  • Driver's License (Class 1 or A)
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Willing to travel cross-border
  • Willing to travel for extended periods
  • Willing to travel internationally
  • Willing to travel overnight
