Job Summary

T PAHAL TRANSPORT is seeking a skilled and experienced Truck Driver to join our team. As a Long Haul Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods across the country, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Route Planning and Execution: Plan and adjust routes based on changing conditions, using computer equipment, GPS, and other navigation devices to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions.
  • Mountain Driving Expertise: Possess the skills and knowledge to navigate challenging mountainous terrain safely and efficiently.
  • Truck Operations: Load and unload goods, perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections, and oversee all aspects of vehicle maintenance.
  • Cargo Security: Ensure the safety and security of cargo through proper tarping and handling procedures.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accurate delivery and minimize errors.
