T PAHAL TRANSPORT is seeking a skilled and dedicated Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods across long distances, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and adjust routes using GPS technology and other navigation tools to optimize fuel efficiency and minimize environmental impact.
  • Operate various types of trucks, including those designed for specialized cargo transport.
  • Conduct thorough pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations.
  • Load and unload goods securely, utilizing proper techniques and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of driving logs, fuel consumption, and other relevant information.
  • Adhere to all applicable traffic laws and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a long haul truck driver is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of road safety regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent navigation skills and the ability to adapt routes based on changing conditions.
  • Physically fit and able to perform demanding tasks.
  • Team-oriented and possess strong communication skills.
