Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team at T PAHAL TRANSPORT. This role involves transporting goods over long distances while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan or modify routes based on real-time conditions using advanced navigation tools, including GPS systems, to optimize fuel efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
  • Demonstrate expertise in mountain driving.
  • Operate specialized lighter trucks for various transportation needs.
  • Handle loading and unloading of cargo safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct thorough pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections, ensuring all vehicle aspects are monitored.
  • Secure cargo using tarps and ensure its safety throughout the journey.
