Leasing Agent Opportunity

Pacific Cove Properties is seeking a skilled Leasing Agent to join our team in Victoria. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for executing the lease-up of our premium developments, providing exceptional customer service, and fostering a positive community experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute all leasing program-related duties, including call campaigns, prospect tours, and tenancy agreement execution.
  • Emphasize the location, building suite features, and benefits, and quote rental prices.
  • Promote current marketing initiatives and incentives to prospective residents.
  • Document all prospect interactions in our database or software.
  • Proactively qualify residents and match them with suites that meet their needs.
  • Ensure a strong resident experience from initial contact to move-in day.
  • Meet leasing targets while filling the building with desirable residents.
  • Ensure website and current ads are up to date and report any discrepancies to the leasing manager.
  • Respond to all incoming rental inquiries within 30 minutes.
  • Take applications and ensure all information is complete and organized.
  • Adhere to internal applicant screening policies and the Residential Tenancy Act.
Required Skillsets:
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and CRM experience.
  • Fluent in the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to exercise tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality at all times.
  • Physically fit to lift up to 25 lbs and climb stairs when necessary.
Education and Experience:

Preferred 1-3 years of relevant sales or leasing experience.
