Job Summary:
Pacific Cove Properties is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to lead the lease-up process for our new premium developments in Victoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the leasing program, including lease agreements, reports, and staff management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all lease-up requirements of newly constructed residential buildings.
- Manage leasing staff and assist with hiring and training as required.
- Prepare monthly, weekly, and daily reports for management.
- Motivate and drive leasing team to achieve monthly leasing targets.
- Execute leasing strategy as directed by the marketing department.
- Attend and assist with leasing team training sessions.
- Provide feedback and make marketing requests as needed.
- Assist marketing department with project and office setup for lease-up buildings.
- Collaborate with marketing team to ensure leasing tools are accurate and up to date.
- Adhere to the Residential Tenancy Act.
Required Skillsets:
- Flexible schedule with availability to work some evenings and weekends.
- Ability to produce results independently while maintaining a positive team environment.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in the English language, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Exercising tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality at all times.
- Strong computer skills: confident in MS Office (CRM experience considered an asset).
- Physically fit to be able to lift up to 25 lbs and climb stairs when necessary.
Education and Experience:
- Post-secondary education in a related field.
- Minimum three years of relevant residential leasing or sales experience.
