Residential Leasing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Residential Leasing Coordinator to join our leasing team at Pacific Cove Properties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing the leasing process and assisting the Leasing Manager in all aspects of the project and office as it relates to the leasing program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and register visitors/prospective residents as guests.
  • Establish rapport with visitors/prospective residents, gathering information about their current living situation and what they are looking for in a residential rental accommodation.
  • Provide expedient and professional responses to inbound communications from online rental advertisements.
  • Maintain standards throughout our rental offices and display suites as they relate to professionalism, cleanliness, and organization.
  • Perform administrative duties, including data entry and emailing daily reports.
  • Document all prospective tenant interactions in appropriate database or software.
  • Open and close display suite as needed.
  • Distribute Rental Centre signage with balloons.
  • Represent Pacific Cove Properties in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate team appointment schedule and proactively follow up with prospects to schedule appointments.
Required Skillsets:
  • Strong computer skills, confident in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook (CRM experience a bonus).
  • Fluent in the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong follow-up times.
  • Exercising tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality at all times.
  • Physically fit to be able to lift up to 25 lbs and climb stairs when necessary.
