About the Role

Pacific Cove Properties is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Leasing Agent to join our team in Victoria. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for executing the lease-up of our premium rental developments, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute all leasing program-related duties, including call campaigns, prospect tours, and tenancy agreement execution and management.
  • Emphasize the location, building suite features, and benefits, and quote rental prices.
  • Promote current marketing initiatives and incentives to prospective residents.
  • Document all prospect interactions in our database or software.
  • Proactively qualify residents while matching them with suites that accurately meet their needs.
  • Ensure a strong resident experience from initial contact, screening processes, to move-in day.
  • Proactively ensure leasing targets are met, while filling the building with desirable residents.
  • Ensure our website and current ads are up to date, and report any discrepancies to the leasing manager.
  • Answer and quickly respond to all incoming rental inquiries, while adhering to a 30-min response time policy.
  • Contact and follow up with prospects and applicants throughout the leasing process.
  • Take applications and ensure all information is complete, and in an organized fashion.
  • Adhere to internal applicant screening policies.
  • Adhere to the Residential Tenancy Act.
Required Skillsets
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Enjoy working in a fun and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills: confident in MS Office (CRM experience considered an asset).
  • Fluent in the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to exercise tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality at all times.
  • Physically fit to lift up to 25 lbs and climb stairs when necessary.
  • Bonus: Solid understanding of the Residential Tenancy Act.
Education and Experience
  • Preferred 1-3 years of relevant sales or leasing experience.
