Overview

Reporting to the Senior Property Manager, the Leasing Specialist is responsible for the professional administration, management, and leasing of residential properties owned by Centurion Property Associates Inc. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations and maximizing occupancy rates.

Responsibilities
  • Relationship Development: Cultivate positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure timely resolution of all Resident inquiries, feedback, complaints, or concerns.
  • Sales & Leasing: Leverage your sales background to effectively lease properties. Maintain a strong focus on closing ratios and achieving occupancy targets.
  • Communication & Organization: Possess excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills. Demonstrate strong organizational abilities, prioritizing tasks effectively and working efficiently in a deadline-oriented environment.
  • Problem Solving: Utilize critical thinking and sound reasoning to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Requirements
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Previous experience in leasing or a related field is an asset.
  • Proven sales skills with a track record of success in closing deals.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
