About You

You will be responsible for developing and operationalizing a comprehensive product strategy to drive growth and revenue objectives. To succeed in this role, you should have strong experience setting product strategy, vision, and roadmaps for mid-sized SaaS companies. Building and motivating high-performing teams is also crucial, as well as identifying areas of opportunity to improve processes and facilitate business growth.

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position, reporting directly to the CEO. As Vice President of Product, you will be accountable for developing and implementing a product roadmap that aligns with the company's growth and revenue objectives. Your responsibilities will include managing a Product Manager and building out the product team and function. Collaboration with other stakeholders and teams is essential, as well as providing the overall vision for the product roadmap.

We estimate that this role will come with an annual salary of $150,000 - $200,000 CAD, depending on your qualifications and experience.
