About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Senior Director of Brand & Integrated Marketing to lead our brand strategy and vision. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive, customer-centric, and forward-thinking brand strategy that aligns with Lyft's mission and long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing brand and integrated marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and collaboration.
  • Lead brand strategy & vision, ensuring it remains relevant, innovative, and resonates deeply with our target audience.
  • Act as a senior advisor and thought leader within the organization, providing strategic guidance on brand and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior cross-functional leaders, including Product, Growth, and Communications, to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in brand management and integrated marketing, with a proven track record of building and growing iconic brands at a senior leadership level.
  • Deep expertise in customer insights and data analytics, with the ability to translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Strong executive leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
