As the Director of Strategy, you will lead a team of experienced professionals responsible for crafting, refining, and executing Skip's core strategic pillars. This strategic role requires a visionary leader who can develop a long-term vision for Skip's businesses and manage critical strategic initiatives. You will work closely with the Senior Vice President of North American Strategy for Just Eat Takeaway to drive business growth and success.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic and critical thinker to join our team and make a significant impact on our organization. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or management/strategy roles within high-growth or innovative sectors. They will be a relationship-first approach, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong, productive relationships across all levels of an organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and success
  • Lead a team of strategists to craft, refine, and execute Skip's core strategic pillars
  • Collaborate with the Senior Vice President of North American Strategy to drive business growth and success
  • Manage critical strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with annual planning objectives

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or management/strategy roles
  • Strategic and critical thinker with a broad perspective
  • Relationship-first approach with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear narratives
