Medical Office Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Coordinator to join our team at Snore MD's Abbotsford clinic. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities
The Clinical Coordinator will be responsible for:
• Ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic, including managing inventory and coordinating with healthcare professionals
• Providing administrative support, including insurance paperwork and communication with patients and allied healthcare teams
• Maintaining accurate records and reports to support our quality improvement initiatives
Compensation and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a salary range of $22.00-$25.00 per hour, plus a bonus structure that includes up to $4.00 per hour in monthly bonuses. This brings the total compensation to $26.00-$29.00 per hour. Our comprehensive benefits package includes extensive health and dental coverage, RRSP matching, health club memberships, and health & education spending accounts.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills. Previous medical experience is preferred, but not required. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service to our patients and their families.
