We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Support Specialist to join our team at Daylight Window Covering Inc. This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

About the Role

This role involves providing administrative support to our executives and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for arranging seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as motivating staff and overseeing their work.

Your tasks will include scheduling appointments, managing contracts, training and development strategies, and maintaining digital databases. Additionally, you will provide customer service, conduct performance reviews, and maintain inventory of office supplies.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent judgement, be organized, and possess strong teamwork and accuracy skills. You should also be able to multitask effectively and demonstrate accountability and dependability.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate and at least 1 year of experience in an administrative role. You must be proficient in English and have excellent communication skills. On-site work is required, with no option to work remotely.
