Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President, Client Onboarding to join our team at BMO Financial Group. As a key member of our Client Onboarding team, you will be responsible for leading the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a high level of service and quality
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the onboarding process and increase client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, operations, and risk management, to ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a client onboarding or related role
  • Proven track record of leading and managing teams, with a focus on client satisfaction and quality
  • Strong knowledge of financial services and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
