About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Mechanics Group Leader to join our team at Quest-Tech Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of electrical mechanics and ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and support to electrical mechanics, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of electrical equipment, including motors, transformers, switchgear, and generators.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all electrical work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of electrical mechanics, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and clients to ensure that electrical systems are functioning properly and that any issues are addressed promptly.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in electrical mechanics or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
