Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Systems Group Leader to join our team at Quest-Tech Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the electrical systems group and ensuring the smooth operation of our electro-mechanical equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints to determine work requirements and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Test and inspect electrical and mechanical conditions of equipment to identify areas for improvement.
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex electro-mechanical equipment, including electric motors, transformers, and switchgear.
  • Use machining tools to fabricate or recondition parts and perform static or dynamic balancing of armatures or rotors.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement maintenance schedules and ensure equipment is running at optimal levels.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in electrical systems maintenance and repair.
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
