Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Systems Group Leader to join our team at Quest-Tech Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a group of electrical technicians in the maintenance and repair of complex electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to electrical technicians, ensuring that all work is performed to the highest standards.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Supervise the maintenance and repair of electrical equipment, including motors, transformers, switchgear, and generators.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all electrical systems are functioning properly and safely.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of electrical technicians, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Communication: Collaborate with other departments to ensure that electrical systems are properly integrated with other systems and processes.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in electrical systems maintenance and repair.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, excellent leadership and communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
