About the Role

Frima Studio is seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Business Development Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to take our business development team to the next level and drive growth through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential partners, including publishers, UA partners, and other industry stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends
  • Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to develop market and positioning analyses
  • Support internal stakeholders in the proposal process and ensure timely delivery of high-quality proposals
  • Represent Frima Studio at professional and trade events to promote our brand and build relationships with industry partners
  • Negotiate contractual agreements with partners to ensure alignment with Frima's values and culture
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the video game industry and its business models
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in business development in the video game industry
  • Excellent knowledge of the video game industry and its issues
  • Available to travel internationally
  • Excellent network of contacts in the video game industry
  • Bilingual (French/English), trilingualism an asset
