Senior Business Development Executive

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our team at EightSix Network. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth in the Mid-Market and Enterprise segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with senior-level decision makers at large organizations to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with product enhancements and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with Zoho product teams to stay up-to-date on new releases and enhancements, and to provide feedback on product development.
- Manage and track customer and transactional information in a CRM system.
- Engage closely with the pre-sales / implementation/partner / training team to determine the best approach for sales enablement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in SaaS sales with a minimum of 5-7 years in the industry.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a drive for achieving results.
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, presentation, and demonstration abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the product, including their features, functionalities, and integrations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with product enhancements, marketing campaigns, and customer requirements.
- Experience with other CRM or relevant SaaS vendors will be an added advantage.
- Candidates will be required to spend time in our office.
