Senior Software Development Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Development Manager to join our team at FX Innovation. As a key member of our technical leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development of our software solutions and leading a team of skilled developers.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Leadership
- Provide technical guidance and oversight to the development team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements and develop technical strategies to meet business objectives.
- Team Management
- Lead and manage a team of software developers, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to ensure team members are meeting their goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve team efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to streamline development workflows and improve overall efficiency.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and development guides.
- Communication and Collaboration
- Communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and developers.
- Collaborate with other technical teams, including QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions.
- Experience
- Minimum 6-9 years of experience in a technical leadership role, with a strong background in software development and technical architecture.
- Skills
- Strong technical skills in software development, including programming languages, development frameworks, and databases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop creative solutions.
