Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Site Coordinator to join our team at FGF Brands. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in supporting our production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide HR support and coordination to ensure the effective application of policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Assist with employee relations, recruitment, health and safety, time and attendance, and other administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with operations leaders and talent development to determine staffing needs and manage temp agency orders.
  • Track and monitor training documentation for key roles and manage the training incentive program.
  • Participate in problem-solving and troubleshooting issues related to employee relations and performance evaluations.
  • Manage payroll and time and attendance systems for hourly plant staff.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in human resources in a manufacturing environment or warehouse.
  • Strong understanding of employment legislation specific to Ontario.
  • Good understanding of HR policies and procedures and employee relations.
  • Proven competency in MS Office suite of tools and HRIS.
  • Valid driver's license required.
