Our primary focus is customer and employee satisfaction.

We are currently looking for a Site Coordinator to join our team in the Greater Toronto Area

**Position Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Maintains an exceptional level of customer service direct to homeowner
- Manages all retail and service installers on appointed sites
- Available outside normal business hours in order to address any challenges, helping to avoid errors and to ensure deadlines are met
- Works closely with all trades
- Ensures sites are ready to receive cabinets, offers support in logistics and on site when deliveries are made to help ensure parts are delivered in the right areas
- Orders any service parts in a timely fashion and ensures services are completed
- Obtains completion certificates
- Participates at site meetings, and install meetings at the manufacturing plant or any other meetings as required
- Supports sales staff and production team
- Able to work across the GTA on multiple sites
- Other responsibilities as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Min 3 years’ experience in cabinetry industry
- Min 3 years’ experience leading and coordinating installations
- Extensive experience installing cabinetry and components, and supervision of installers is preferred
- Experience as a Cabinet Maker an asset
- Great organization skills, great team player who takes initiative
- Compensation is based on qualifications and experience
