Job Title: Transportation Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Coordinator to join our team at Olymel s.e.c / l.p. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile and review orders and instructions received from customers
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including scheduling assignments and coordinating activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient and effective use of resources
  • Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, and follow up on issues with work orders
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
