About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Coordinator to join our team at Olymel s.e.c / l.p. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and personnel within our warehouse and management settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Compile and process orders received from customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Logistics Coordination: Oversee the operational logistics of our organization, including scheduling assignments and coordinating activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Workforce Management: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Dispatch and Scheduling: Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.
  • Issue Resolution: Follow-up on issues with work orders, resolving problems and implementing solutions to prevent future occurrences.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Language: Fluency in French is required, as this role will be performed in a French-speaking environment.
  • Availability: Availability for the advertised start date is required.
