Transportation Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Coordinator to join our team at Olymel s.e.c / l.p. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring the efficient movement of goods and materials.
Key Responsibilities:- Compile orders and instructions received from customers and oversee their execution.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
- Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, and follow up on issues related to work orders.
- Schedule assignments and co-ordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
