Transportation Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Coordinator to join our team at Olymel s.e.c / l.p. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Compile orders and instructions received from customers and oversee the operational logistics of the organization.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customer needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, and follow-up on issues with work orders.
- Schedule assignments and co-ordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews and equipment to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare and track work orders to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
- No degree, certificate or diploma required.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
