Transportation Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Coordinator to join our team at Olymel s.e.c / l.p. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring the efficient movement of goods and materials.
Key Responsibilities:- Compile and review work orders and schedules to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and materials.
- Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including the coordination of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate and assign work to team members, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including delivery times, inventory levels, and customer satisfaction.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a logistics or transportation role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
