About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Coordinator to join our team at Olymel s.e.c / l.p. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring the smooth delivery of goods and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Compile and process orders received from customers, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Logistics Coordination: Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including the coordination of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work Assignment and Review: Coordinate and assign work to team members, reviewing their progress and providing feedback to ensure high-quality results.
  • Dispatch and Scheduling: Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Work Order Management: Prepare and track work orders, ensuring that all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Language: Fluency in French is required, as this role will involve working with French-speaking customers and colleagues.
