We are seeking an Environmental Sustainability Specialist to join our team in the Government of Northwest Territories.
About the RoleThis is a key position within the Department of Environment and Climate Change, responsible for providing expert advice and recommendations to support climate change commitments.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of tools and processes to enhance efficiency in analyzing climate change considerations.
- Support engagement and consultation sessions with various departments and agencies.
To be successful in this role, you will have a bachelor's degree in social sciences, environmental sciences, public administration, or a related field, with a minimum of three years of relevant work experience.
Project management certification (PMP) is an asset.
CompensationThe estimated annual salary for this position is between $70,000 and $100,000 CAD.
