We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Inside Sales team as an Inside Sales Representative. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone looking to launch or accelerate their sales career with a dynamic and highly profitable international organization.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering excellent customer service. If you have a strong work ethic, are driven by your own success, and thrive in a target-based environment, we want to hear from you
About the Role
This role offers a comprehensive training program, including 2 weeks of classroom-based training, 2 weeks of Fast Lane training, sales mentorship, weekly live sales coaching sessions, and monthly sales development sessions. Our Trailblazer Sales Programme ensures that successful candidates have all the tools and knowledge to start earning commission in their first month.

Compensation Package
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a basic salary of $45,000 - $50,000, uncapped commission, and a range of benefits, including sales trips, quarterly bonus incentives, RRSP matching, employee assistance programs, and enhanced health and dental coverage.
