About the Opportunity:

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a cloud services platform that offers a range of services including computing power, storage, databases, analytics, networking, mobile, developer tools, management tools, IoT, security, and enterprise applications from data centers worldwide.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cloud Support Engineer to join our team. As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers through various contact channels, applying advanced troubleshooting techniques to resolve complex issues, and working with internal teams to improve our services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of cloud technologies, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. If you are passionate about technology, enjoy problem-solving, and are looking for a challenging role, please consider this opportunity.

About You:

  • 2+ years of experience in cloud computing, system administration, or technical support
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on your level of experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
