Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Proforce Personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless order execution, managing customer and vendor relationships, and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:- Process and enter orders accurately and efficiently
- Manage discrepancies and alert relevant parties for corrective action
- Coordinate returns and sample requests
- Collaborate with the sales team to resolve order modifications and delivery issues
- Evaluate and improve internal processes to enhance productivity
- Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service, preferably in the apparel industry
- Experience working with retailers like Costco
- Proficiency in basic MS Office software
